Of course! If it’s not quite the right fit, you’re very welcome to return it to us and we’ll arrange a refund or exchange (for hygiene reasons, thongs are not returnable). Simply email us at support@balveur.com and we’ll let you know where to send it back. You’ll need to return your product to us within 28 days, still with the correct saleable packaging, and cover the cost of postage yourself.
